MartConnection — A Product of Timeterest Limited

1. Introduction & Company Information

MartConnection ("the Platform") is a multi-service marketplace platform owned and operated by Timeterest Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

"Platform" — the MartConnection website, app, and services.
"User" — any individual or entity using the Platform.
"Buyer" — a User who purchases goods or services.
"Seller" — a User who lists and sells goods or services.
"Delivery Partner" — a User who provides delivery services.
"Service" — any offering available on the Platform.
"Content" — all text, images, and material on the Platform.
"Order" — a request to purchase goods or services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms for specific services.

4. User Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Timeterest Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Services Overview

MartConnection enables users to browse and purchase products, access delivery services, request rides, rent vehicles, set up digital storefronts as sellers, and register as delivery partners. Timeterest Limited acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between users.

6. Seller Terms

Sellers must provide accurate business information, maintain accurate product listings, fulfill orders promptly, ensure product quality, and pay applicable commission fees. Sellers are independent operators, not employees of Timeterest Limited.

7. Buyer Terms

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information, make payments through designated methods, and not engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Delivery Partner Terms

Delivery partners must complete verification, provide reliable services, maintain proper insurance and licensing, follow traffic laws, and handle orders with care. They are independent contractors.

9. Ride & Vehicle Rental Terms

Users must provide accurate locations, pay applicable fares, treat drivers with respect, comply with safety requirements, and meet age and licensing requirements for rentals.

10. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. Timeterest Limited charges applicable service fees and commissions as disclosed.

11. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are confirmed upon placement. Sellers prepare orders, delivery partners are assigned, and buyers can track orders through the Platform.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is subject to zone availability. Delivery times are estimates. Timeterest Limited is not liable for delays beyond our control.

13. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Buyers may cancel within the specified window. Returns depend on the Seller's policy. Refunds are processed through the original payment method (3–10 business days). Disputes may be submitted for mediation.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights to MartConnection name, logo, design, software, and content are owned by Timeterest Limited. Users may not reproduce or distribute without written consent.

15. Prohibited Activities

Users may not violate laws, use the Platform for fraud, interfere with security, impersonate others, post false content, harass users, or use automated bots without authorization.

16. Limitation of Liability

Timeterest Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. The Platform is provided "as is."

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

19. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, under Nigerian law.

20. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
